Refund Policy

GoRide offers 10 days (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from Go Ride Shoes official shopping site for three reasons within 10 days of receipt of the item.

• We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
• You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Because no refunds will be generated if we receive the products not in original condition.
• If the product does not has any manufacturing defects or damages then the product will be eligible for exchanges only.

We will reverse pick up the shipment. Once we receive your return, we will review the product and will credit the amount to you paid for the products excluding the shipping fee as refund to your requested bank account (If the product is found in its original condition).

You can exchange an item purchased for a new article if there was an error from our end while processing the order only. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, the single shipping fee Rs.200 is borne by you.

If you return an order delivered to you for a non acceptable service claim then, original shipping charges will not be refunded plus an additional charges of Rs.200 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Reasons for return/exchange may vary from:

1. Manufacturing defected product
2. Wrong Size/color delivered
3. Sizing issue is subjected for exchange only.

Refund will be generated to your bank accounts or wallets, processing generally takes 7-10 business days, hence it involves courier and inspection time.

You can cancel your orders within 6 hours of placing an order for free, post 6 hours we will not take cancellation request.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Must ensure to take a photo of the product and the reverse pickup executive together for smooth return experience.
2. EMI payment mode orders are not refundable.
