How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.
You’ll receive another email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending an email to orders@gorideshoes.com with your order number in the subject line. However, it becomes challenging for us to cancel an order once the order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once the order is shipped, it typically takes 1-2 business days for major metros, 1-3 for state capitals, and 2-4 days for the rest of India. North Eastern States and region of Kashmir, it may take up to 4–7 business days to deliver your order.
